Meet Sophie Longford

My name is Sophie Longford and I've worked as an international model for the past 8 years.  My passion for health and fitness arose from the need to understand how to eat, train and nourish my body correctly in order to be successful in my industry.  I discovered that by doing low impact, precise movements I managed to create sculpted and defined muscles whilst keeping my body lean. I also noticed during my wellness journey, the power my workout routines had on my mental health and stress levels. I make sure to always create strong mind to body connections during all of my workouts so that after the practice you are left feeling elevated and stress-free.  I believe a healthy lifestyle is a gift everyone should give to themselves and that's why I created this platform. By incorporating my workout routines,  following my mindful eating philosophy, and learning the power of meditation, I can help you reach your highest potential.
