Finding Balance Between Diet And Fitness

We all know how important diet and regular exercise is for our health but how do we find the right balance between the two?



There's no doubt that to achieve results from your #fitness program, you have to be eating right too. #Diet and fitness come hand in hand and one without the other just doesn't work. If you are trying to lose some #weight and you spend 2 hours a day doing cardio but then you go and eat a junk food for the rest of the day you aren't going to get good results from your fitness. Same goes for the people who are trying to gain muscle and bulk up. You can spend 2 hours a day in the #gym pumping weights but if you aren't eating the right amount of #macros you aren't going to see optimal results from your #workouts.


Diet or fitness...what is more important when trying to get in shape? In my opinion, diet makes up around 70% of the importance. If you are eating well and nourishing your body, you will see good results. Incorporating fitness into your daily life is a massive bonus. Once you combine #healthy eating with regular #exercise, you put yourself on the right track for a whole mind & #body #transformation.


How to find a healthy balance? It's important to not get too obsessional with your diet or fitness. Being healthy should feel good. By being too restrictive it becomes unhealthy and life becomes miserable. Once being healthy is no longer enjoyable, you put your body under stress and you also wont see optimal results. Try to be #intuitive and listen to your body's wants and needs and you will thrive.
